Meet Our Chef

Executive Chef Delroy Christian started his training in the food industry, working alongside his mother in several of New York City Private Health Clubs/ Restaurant. He has gone on to become an internationally trained chef, who has worked in the industry for over Thirty Plus years, catering for many high profile celebrity clients such as Cam Newton, Dan Uggla, Freddie Freeman, Ryan Howard Sean"Diddy" Combs, T.I. His repertoire includes Jamaican, French, Spanish, African, Mediterranean, Russian, Italian, German, Asian and Southern Cuisine.

While attending N. Y. C. Technical College he worked in several positions at many prestigious restaurants including the Russian Tea Room and the Chef Cuisiners Club where he served as the Executive Sous Chef. He's experience working with chefs from around the world and while training in France have allowed him to developed his own unique style of cooking. His focus is to elevate Caribbean Cuisine to the next level. Passion for the love of Food and Service is his drive to success.
